Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 3 jalapeno peppers
  • 2 tablespoons coriander
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tomatoes
  • ¼ jalapeño
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon coriander chopped
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 ml oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the avocados in half for the guacamole. Remove the central bone and use a spoon to extract the pulp.
  2. Combine in a blender with the garlic, chopped and seeded chili, coriander, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and cream-like in consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces for the tomato sauce.
