Smoked fish is an exquisite way to enjoy fish. The smoked tuna meat is delicious, with a strong flavor that is appreciated; the swordfish is softer and more delicate; and the salmon balances the dish.
Ingredients
- 250 g of smoked assortment (drained weight)
- 400 g of ripe tomato
- 80 g pitted green olives
- 40 g of capers
- 80 g pickled gherkins
- 1 spring onion

- Salt
Instructions
- Drain the ripe tomatoes after washing and grating them.
