Smoked fish is an exquisite way to enjoy fish. The smoked tuna meat is delicious, with a strong flavor that is appreciated; the swordfish is softer and more delicate; and the salmon balances the dish.


  • 250 g of¬†smoked assortment¬†(drained weight)
  • 400 g of ripe tomato
  • 80 g pitted green olives
  • 40 g of capers
  • 80 g pickled gherkins
  • 1 spring onion
  • 40 ml of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt


  1. Drain the ripe tomatoes after washing and grating them.
  2. Chop the olives, capers, and pickle finely.
  3. The spring onion should be peeled and brunoise.
  4. Drain the oil and cut the smoked fish into thin slices once it has been defrosted. Keep chilled.
  5. Combine all of the chopped ingredients with the well-drained tomato, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Allow at least an hour to cool before serving.
