The recipe is very similar to the classic Italian but we give it a different touch of color and flavor with this oriental ingredient full of healthy properties.

Ingredients

  • 400 g of mascarpone cheese
  • 2 cs Matcha tea and a little more to decorate
  • 4 ud of egg yolks
  • 150 g of white sugar
  • 250 ml of water
  • 12 units of sponge cakes

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the water and thoroughly dissolve the'matcha' tea until there are no lumps.
  2. We whisked the egg yolks with the sugar until they were white.
  3. Mix in the mascarpone cheese until it forms a cream.
  4. 'Matcha' tea should be soaked into the sponge cakes.
  5. In glasses or glasses, alternate layers of cake and cream.
  6. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to chill.
  7. When ready to serve, sprinkle with some'matcha' tea.

Notes
