Here in Argentina (where I'm traveling), they call it Radicheta, and I'm not sure if it's known as Chicory or Arugula in Mexico, but I found this incredibly simple salad combination very interesting and tasty.

I'm not sure if this is a common salad in this country or if it's a family recipe to accompany your meals, but I'd like to share it with you today and hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients

  • Chicory (Radicheta)
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil (or the one of your preference)
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Radicheta should be washed.
  2. Finely mince the garlic.
  3. Make small pieces of the radicheta.
  4. Mix in the garlic.
  5. 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  6. Add a half-teaspoon of vinegar.
  7. Season with salt to taste (to taste)
  8. Mix thoroughly until all of the ingredients are combined.

Notes
