We share a recipe for healthy beets that you can enjoy with family or friends. Salads like this are a must-have this season. Today's salad has a moderate caloric value and a high fiber content, which gives us a feeling of fullness and thus limits our consumption of other fattening foods.

Ingredients

  • Large cooked beets
  • 1 spring onion
  • Pickles
  • Himalayan salt
  • Olive oil
  • Apple vinager

Instructions

  1. We take the boiled beet and peel off the first skin (in case it has it).
  2. We cut it into small pieces that were just right for us.
  3. The onion should be cut into half moons, and the gherkin should be cut into thick slices.
  4. We thoroughly combine everything and season to taste.

Notes

    • It is best to prepare it a couple of hours before serving so that it absorbs the dressing well and to store it in the fridge so that it stays fresh.
